The overarching goal of the HYGG project was to create a seamless and enjoyable online furniture shopping experience. This digital platform would simplify the discovery, visualization, and purchasing process for users, addressing the challenges faced by online furniture shoppers in the Netherlands. The aim was to enhance customer satisfaction, increase conversion rates, and align the brand’s digital presence with its minimalist design philosophy.
